Who consumes electricity?
We the people use electricity in our daily lives. Electricity has become one of the most important energy and power sources that we use. Electricity helps turn on our lights, keeps our refrigerators cold, helps mom cook our favorite meals, and most importantly, our communication devices and transportation. Overall, electricity is very much important to all of us.
What exactly is electricity?
To illustrate, electricity is a force that is built up in one place or also some electricity is meant to be created to flow from one place to another. By applying electricity, we can transfer power in ways that let us achieve everyday chores.
Where does electricity come from?
The Earth we live in provides us with the natural resources needed to create usable electricity, as an example:
Non-renewable resources of electricity
- Natural gas
Renewable resources for electricity
- Hydropower (using the force of water flow)
- Biomass (organic material that comes from plants and animals that store energy from the sun)
- Geothermal (heat within the earth)
When is electricity used?
Every day, as time goes by, we are prone to be attracted to the newest technology. When you feel, touch, and see the newest cell phones, TV devices, video games systems, Smart appliances for your home, it all would be nothing without electricity. Technology will never stop advancing. What is more, we the people have become dependent on these electronics. Furthermore, this makes us rely on electricity.
Why electricity? Who needs electricity?
Electricity has become part of our lifestyle. with that said, we live in a future where everything can be helped and achieved easier with technology, therefore we love it. However, technology depends on electricity. 2019 is almost over, and the upgraded technology awaits us in 2020.
In addition to why we love electricity, it keeps us going, all day every day, we power our lives with electricity. Now, how do we see our future regarding getting our electricity at home? I would say that we need to improve the ways to get our energy. Thus, renewable sources are becoming more to our reach, we can invest in it. Most energy generation is controlled by big companies. In the end, the electricity it’s possible for us, as individuals, to produce it…
