Making a Payment at Electricity Express

Making payments at Electricity Express is fast and easy.  When it’s time to refill your account, you have four options.  Please note that some require an additional service fee.

  1. Go to a convenience store – Refills on your account can be purchased at many stores, including Fidelity Express, ACE Cash Express, PLS and most 7-Elevens  Be aware that many vendors tack on an extra service fee.
  2. Pay online – There is no fee for this option.  If you know your account number and billing zip code, you may pay here:  You can also see your balance and Service Paid Through date.  Please remember that to protect you against fraud, the zip code on your electricity account must be the same as the billing zip code on your credit card.  If they don’t match, you must then contact Customer Service at 1-888-963-9363 to make your payment with a representative, and because of this, is a fee for this service.
  3. Pay by phone with the support of a representative – Our Customer Care department is always ready to help you.  If you would like assistance with your payment, call Electricity Express at 855 781 6970 to speak with an agent.  This payment option requires an additional fee.
  4. Pay by phone without the help of a representative – The Electricity Express Customer Care line 855 781 6970 allows you to make an automated payment on your bill.  This service is free, convenient and quick.
