Let’s make a lifestyle, teach others how to save Residential Electricity

Hello, we have discussed in previous blogs, Residential Electricity; how to read your electricity bills (Invoices), to see if you are using to many kWt, I also gave you a few tips on how to start saving energy at home.

My purpose for this series of blogs is that you make “saving energy” a lifestyle.

How many have seen your electric bill and cast the cry to heaven? Then you go to scold the whole family why the use of so much energy, you make a plan and follow it the first few days and then return to the same routine. No, we cannot do this, these energy-saving changes have to make it a lifestyle. We have to teach our children and other people how important is to save energy. I know you do not want to throw your money away.

We need to make these changes, simply, we just look at the difference in our electric bills (invoice), we’ll take more desire to continue with the changes to save energy and we’ll make it a lifestyle.

Teaching Our Children to Save Energy, let’s make this a lifestyle

It is very important to teach our children from an early age, to save energy, and water and recycle. Help your Residential Electricity

The best example is learning at home, they also need to learn to love nature, trees, and animals and learn to take care of everything around them. And why talk about it? This issue is very important, the future of our energy is in the hands of our children.

Teach them the value of energy, they know it costs a lot and this is not renewable. Our children are in a digital age, they do not know what life was like before, without the internet and all this technology. For example, give your child a handle IPad and they know better than you. It is therefore important that we educate our children to save energy.

By 2030 our children will be adults and have families of their own houses, they will be the ones who make decisions in voting on environment and energy policies. It is our responsibility to educate them to make the right decisions in the future.

While this may seem like a lot, you as a parent can do something fun for the whole family. For example; you can take them to the library to read more about the environment and the importance of energy.

We can also get the goal of being one hour a day without using electricity, take the whole family to play in the park, or play a board game. Something very important, include them all in the family savings plan, as whoever takes shorter showers, the one who does, will win a prize.

These are good ideas to teach our children to save energy in a fun way, without scolding all the time and repeating to all; “turn off those lights” or “close the front door”. This is about having rules at home and teaching the importance of saving energy. Make SAVING ENERGY a lifestyle.
